Agents and Brokers: 
Please do not bring clients without contacting us first. And please do not wander around the yard and take pictures. You wouldn’t think I’d have to ask this, but one Broker did just that. Even though the house is in MLS, you need to either contact us or the number in that listing before seeing the house.
